Müzik, görsel dil ve hikâye arasında kurduğu bağ ile şehre yeni bir bakış açısı sunan Life From Istanbul, bu özel geceyi tek bir genre ya da sabit bir form üzerinden değil; farklı kuşaklardan ve arka planlardan gelen isimleri aynı akışta buluşturarak kurguluyor.

 

Bu akışın öne çıkan isimlerinde Fuchs & Cervus (B2B) yer alıyor.

Radyo, kulüp ve sahne kültürünün içinden gelen Fuchs’un yıllara yayılan deneyimi,

Cervus’un karanlık, minimal ve raw estetikle şekillenen groove’larıyla yan yana duruyor.

 

Uzun yıllara yaklaşan müzikal yolculuğundan süzülen moody, soul ve funk referanslarıyla Aksak, geceye farklı bir hareket alanı açıyor.

On Friday, February 28, Life From Istanbul meets the city’s iconic dance floor with an approach that does not simply document culture, but turns it into a living, on-stage experience.

 

Connecting music, visual language, and storytelling, Life From Istanbul offers a new way of reading the city.

Rather than centering the night around a single genre or fixed form, this special gathering is shaped by bringing together artists from different generations and backgrounds within the same flow.

Among the highlights of this flow is Fuchs & Cervus (B2B).

 

Fuchs’ long-standing experience rooted in radio, club, and stage culture stands side by side with Cervus’ dark, minimal, and raw grooves, forming a shared sonic ground.

 

Drawing from a musical journey spanning decades, Aksak opens up a different space in the night with moody references shaped by soul and funk.

 

With selections grounded in house and micro house, Semih Akay sets the direction of the night through a detail-driven approach, while Gunhan completes the picture with an energy that carries the flow forward.
