• Konser alanına girecek herkes yaş alt – üst sınırı olmaksızın bilete tabidir, 18 yaşın altındakilere ebeveynlerinin eşlik etmesi gerekmektedir.
• Etkinlik biletleri sadece organizasyon sahibi tarafından belirlenen resmi satış noktalarından alınmalıdır. Organizasyon sahibi, resmi satış noktalarından alınmayan biletlerin sahiplerini etkinlik alanına almama hakkına sahiptir.
• Etkinlik alanındaki ses düzenleri geçici duyma problemlerine yol açabilir.
• Etkinlik alanındaki ışık düzenleri geçici göz rahatsızlıklarına neden olabilir.
• Tüm katılımcıların etkinlik süresince biletlerini yanlarında bulundurması gerekmektedir.
• Etkinlik alanına giriş yapan katılımcıların alandan çıkış yapmaları halinde yeni bilet satın almaları gerekecektir.
• Konser biletleri devredilemez ve iade edilemez. Kayıp biletler için yenisi hazırlanmayacaktır.
•  Organizasyon sahibi uygun görmediği kişileri bilet bedelini iade etmek koşuluyla etkinlik alanına almama hakkına sahiptir.
• Etkinlik alanına yiyecek, içecek alınmamaktadır.
• Etkinlik alanına evcil hayvan kabul edilmemektedir.
• Etkinlik alanına ilaç alınmamaktadır.
• Etkinlik alanı içinde özel eşyalarınızı yanınızdan ayırmamanız gerekmektedir. Tüm özel eşyaların sorumluluğu katılımcıya aittir.
• Etkinlik süresince kayıt yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır. Etkinlik alanına profesyonel ses ve görüntü araçları (video kamera ve fotoğraf makinası vb.), Selfie Stick ve GoPro çubukları vb. materyaller alınmayacaktır.
• Etkinliğe katılan kişilerin fotoğraf ve video çekimlerinin tanıtım materyallerinde kullanım hakkı mekan ve organizatöre ait olup katılımcı etkinliğe katılarak bu hakkın kullanılmasını kabul etmektedir.
• Organizatörün programda ve bilet fiyatlarında değişiklik yapma hakkı saklıdır.
• Organizatör, etkinlik alanı ve saatinde değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.
• Stadyum etkinliklerinde, öngörülemeyen ve/veya önceden belirlenemeyen teknik kurulumlardan kaynaklı görüş kaybı yaşayan misafirlerimiz olabilir.
• Etkinlik alanına ateşli silahlar, yanıcı, patlayıcı, parlayıcı (*deodorant, *sprey, *parfüm, vb. gibi), kesici, delici, bereleyici, saldırı ve savunma amacıyla olmasa bile fiilen saldırı ve savunmada kullanılmaya elverişli (*kask, *kamp sandalyesi, *selfie çubuğu, *tripod, *pantolon zinciri vb.) her türlü alet ve lazer imleci ile girmek yasaktır.
• Konser her türlü hava koşulunda gerçekleştirilecektir. Her türlü hava koşuluna hazırlıklı olunması önerilir. Bilet iadesi yapılmayacaktır.
• Konser alanı içinde sadece yetkili satış noktalarında satılacak merchandise ürünlerini almanızı öneririz.
• Etkinlik başladıktan sonra gelen seyircilerimizin satın almış oldukları koltuğa oturamama durumundan Bubilet ve Organizatör sorumlu değildir. Organizatör firma ve Bubilet geç kalan misafirler için koltuk garantisi vermez. Bu sebeple etkinliğe konser saatinden önce gelmenizi önemle rica ederiz.
• Saha içi bilet sahibi izleyicilerin zeminden kaynaklı olası problemlere karşı topuklu ayakkabı kullanmamalarını öneririz.

• Everyone entering the concert venue must have a ticket, regardless of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
• Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organiser. The organiser has the right not to admit the holders of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points to the event area. 
• Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
• Light schemes in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort. 
• All participants are required to keep their tickets with them during the event.
• Participants who enter the event area will be required to purchase new tickets if they exit the area.  
• Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be prepared for lost tickets.
• The owner of the organisation has the right not to admit the people he deems unsuitable to the event area provided that the ticket price is refunded.
• Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.
• Pets are not allowed in the event area. 
•  Medicines are not allowed in the event area.
•  You should keep your personal belongings with you in the event area. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant. 
• Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed in the event area.
• The right to use the photographs and video footage of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the venue and the organiser and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the programme and ticket prices.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the venue and time of the event. 
•  In stadium events, guests may experience loss of vision due to unforeseen and/or unpredictable technical installations.
•  It is forbidden to enter the event area with firearms, flammable, explosive, flammable (such as *deodorant, *spray, *perfume, etc.), cutting, piercing, bruising, all kinds of tools that are actually suitable for use in attack and defence (*helmet, *camping chair, *selfie stick, *tripod, *pants chain, etc.) and laser pointer.
• The concert will take place in all weather conditions. We recommend to be prepared for all weather conditions. Tickets will not be refunded.
• We recommend you to buy merchandise that will be sold only at authorised sales points in the concert area.
• Bubilet and the organiser are not responsible for the inability of the audience who arrive after the event starts to sit in the seats they have purchased. Organiser and Bubilet do not guarantee seats for late arrivals. For this reason, we kindly request you to come to the event before the concert time.
• We recommend that spectators with in-field tickets do not use high heels against possible problems caused by the ground.
