80’lerin punk efsanesi The Exploited İstanbul’da! 14 Haziran akşamı IF Performans Hall Beşiktaş sahnesinde gerçekleşecek konserin öncesinde The Ayılar sahne alacak. Grubun vokalisti Wattie Buchan’ın dillere destan sahne şovunu kaçırmayın!

 

İlk albümü "Punks Not Dead" ve sonuncusu "Fuck the System" ile 40 yıldır varlığını sürdüren The Exploited’ın şarkı isimleri ve mohawklı kafatası tasarımları da sokak sanatçılarına ilham veriyor ve dünyanın tüm sokaklarını süslüyor. 1979'da Edinburgh'da ilk kurulduğunda Sex Pistols'tan ilham alarak punk rock yapan grubun müziği kısa süre sonra hardcore punktan crossover thrash'e kadar çok daha geniş bir yelpazeye yayıldı.

The Exploited yaptığı şarkılarla Metallica ve Queens of the Stone Age'e ilham verdi. Slayer ve Ice-T grubun şarkılarını coverladı. The Exploited'ın kadrosunda zamanla değişiklikler olsa da grubun beyni Wattie Buchan’ı durdurmak imkânsız! Öyle ki onu sahnede yakalayan kalp krizi bile bunu başaramadı! Yetkililere, savaşlara ve daha az ilkeli muadillerine isyan etmekten asla yorulmayan sadık anarşist, her konserde bunu canlı bir şekilde gösteren, taklit edilemez bir solist olarak ün kazandı.

Exploited konserleri, uzun ve şanlı tarihlerinin en önemli bölümüdür. Grubun diskografisinde stüdyo albümleri kadar canlı albüm olması boşuna değildir. Dizginlenemeyen enerjileri, sarsılmaz idealleri ve karşı konulamaz punk marşlarıyla kendilerine gösterilen ilgiyi sonuna kadar hak eden İskoç grup, 14 Haziran'da İstanbul’da "Beat The Bastards", "Army Life" ve "Dogs of War" gibi dillere marş olmuş şarkılarını IF Performance Hall sahnesinde çalacaklar. Sakın kaçırmayın! 

The Exploited's debut album was called "Punks Not Dead", their latest disc is called "Fuck the System", and for the fifth decade their song titles or their branded skull with a mohawk have been decorating all the capitals of the world with street art. Founded in 1979 in Edinburgh, the band started off with Sex Pistols-inspired punk rock, but soon branched out into a much broader range, from hardcore punk to crossover thrash.

The Exploited's songs inspired Metallica and Queens of the Stone Age, were covered by Slayer and Ice-T. The line-up of the band changed with frenzied frequency, but the motor of The Exploited, Wattie Buchan, who once survived a heart attack right on stage, is unstoppable. Never tired of rebelling against the authorities, wars and less principled counterparts, the staunch anarchist has earned a reputation as an inimitable frontman, vividly illustrating this at every concert.

The Exploited show is the most important chapter of their long and glorious history - it is not for nothing that there are almost as many live albums in their discography as studio ones. The Scots deserve such interest in their shows with unbridled energy, unbending ideals and irresistible punk anthems like "Beat The Bastards", "Army Life" and "Dogs of War" and many more, which will be played in Istanbul on the 14th of June 2023 and better not to be missed!
